Heehee...I'd just like to call you! Do people still refer to their partners as their “girl” or as their “man”? I know girlfriend, boyfriend, life partner, and such will never go out of style, but I think sayin' “my girl” is old-fashioned now...but have any of you ever wondered why we have never used “manfriend” or “womenfriend”? Too clunky? Maybe that's it.
